Streamlined tech pack documentation and vendor communication to reduce revision cycles, while coordinating end-to-end material sourcing with leather suppliers and mills from sampling through fulfillment. I also implemented a hands-on quality inspection process and maintained a detailed production tracker to ensure accountability from sampling through fulfillment.
